Access roads, pathways, outdoor lighting and electrical systems, trenching, retaining walls, foundation-laying, land-drainage, connections to sewage systems and all other below-ground aspects of your building project – that is our speciality, where we can deliver a high-standard service to you, to agreed timescales and costs. Our approach is to become part of your team for the duration of the works. We will follow your drawings, specifications and schedules-of-work. After initial discussions, the first thing you would see from us would be a detailed quotation defining the work to be done, the agreed milestones and timescales, with any exclusions and provisional sums listed also. If our proposals meet with your approval, we would proceed based on a contract that could be according to your standards or we could prepare one for you if you prefer.
